I'm not certain if everyone has now vetted the 16th-19th/20th, but I'm going to press onward anyway.
Flights from DET on the 16th arrive in Denver at...breakfast or dinner, roughly.
Perhaps we could meet there and travel by car to Aspen, thus sparing Bob the task of disabling the GPS on the Snowmass bus and taking it offline for the better part of a day.

Bob here. I just checked my pda, and I can't make it on the 10th anyway - I'll be in Spain marrying one of Scott's sisters, as it turns out. Nancy, I think. Or the other one.
If everyone confirms for the 16th I'll make it happen one way or another. 'Nuff said. (Who was the prev post from, btw?) It is, however, past the prime crop-dusting season.
Scott writing - If we can all meet at Denver airport late afternoon of Sept. 16, we could rent a car and drive out to Snowmass together. Also, if we all get flights out on Sept. 19, we could ride to the airport together. Who's in?
Bob again. Concerning logistics: its a 4.5 hr drive from the Denver airport to Snowmass Village, and there's plenty to see (and do, perhaps) along the way. It's worth driving in the daylight.I would still consider picking you all up. Options:
1)fly out of your concrete jungles after work on Fri. We'll meet and spend the evening in Denver, drive to Snowmass in the am.
2)skip out of work on Fri, fly early, we'll meet and do the drive to Snowmass that day. You'd need to be in Denver by noon-ish for this option
3)same as #2, but on Sat am
If you all choose to work on Fri, I really suggest flying out on Tue. Again, its a long drive to the airport so your return flights should be in the afternoon no matter what day.

Bob here. Again, its a long drive to the airport, so return flights should be in the afternoon unless you want to fly out of Aspen.
