Adrienne Shelley, 40, star of the Hal Hartley films The Unbelievable Truth and Trust, was murdered last week by a 19 year old construction worker after she complained to him about the noise he was making while working in her office building. In an attempt to cover his tracks, her killer hung her by the neck, to suggest a suicide, but he confessed to police a few days later.Somewhere in Salinger, one of the Glass kids claims to have fallen in love at first sight just one time: with a girl on a ship, when he saw her throw her Zippo at a dolphin.
