Smart People is a Sideways-like black comedy (co-starring, appropriately enough, Thomas Haden Church) worth seeing. My favorite lines were actually from a deleted scene.
Ellen Page (playing Dennis Quaid's daughter), referring to Church's character: "He got me drunk, he got me high, and now he's corrupting me"
Church (playing Quaid's adopted brother): "OK, two-thirds of that is half-true"
You had to be there.
