I saw the new David Mamet film Redbelt over the weekend and it made me recall this joke for the first time in years:

Vagrant: Mister, can you spare some change?
Passerby: “Neither a borrower nor a lender be.” William Shakespeare.
Vagrant: “Fuck you, you fucking fuck.” David Mamet.
