This was great until it over-reached with the "sex with the little fella" bit. Anyway, we all agree, I think, that Palin is a buffoon; there's no point in beating a dead moose. One related issue that I'm really intrigued by - though I won't start a new thread - is the bizarre rumor that Palin's reported 5th child is actually her granddaughter. Anyone have a credible source for further info on this?
The rumor has life because Palin refuses to release her medical records, which some journalists have been requesting. The rumor could easily be dismissed with amnio or other ob/gyn data. But for some reason she won't divulge that info.
Roger Ebert offers some insight on Sarah Palin through the Fargo lens. He thinks she's more like Jerry Lundegaard than Marge Gunderson. I think Ebert has a point.
Finally, Palin's accent may be explained by the fact the region of Alaska she's from was settled by Minnesotans, according to Stephen Pinker, I believe.
I'm slowly cleaning up the archives to make searching easier, e.g., combining all Deep Blues years into one tag, all Summit years into one, etc., and eliminating other tags that are not useful. (Uhmm... "Grover Cleveland"?)
