Daily Dose of the Mac

Have you all been getting enough Fleetwood Mac in your life? Here, let rocky help you. Actually, I'm gonna give you a Fleetwood Mac substitute this time. It's Sleepy Sun, one of rocky's favorite new bands from Santa Cruz, covering a Mac tune. Enjoy!

What, no top hat? No lace, even?
In spite of those shortcomings, they sound great -- Feral Boy gives it 4/5 stars.
The video, however, only gets 2/5 stars due to the douche-ster in the rayon pop-art shirt hogging the screen with his air-tambourine.

Yeah, it's hard to avoid the hipster douchebags in this corner of the world. Actually, he's probably a decent dude. (Who am I to judge.) At the end of the clip, he's got that Michael Cera-like smile. Wait minute! I can't stand Michael Cera. He's such a douchebag!

What I do know is that Sleepy Sun is an awesome live band.

But there's no comparison to Fleetwood Mac. It's like comparing gods to mortals. Thor has his hammer; Stevie has her lace.... Sleepy Sun singer has her blue Keds....
