(Isn't that always the case? The good stuff always happens after you've left the party.)
I think this Clock is broken: it says it's still Crazy Clown Time.
"Crazy Clown Time" is not literally a specific point in time, Stoner; it's more like a prescription, contemporaneous to one's DMT-fueled visit to The Clock. As another example, when the alarm clock rouses me to get up and drive my school bus, it's not 5 a.m., it's "Miller Time".
